Pink Fuchsia
€14.95
Pink Fuchsia (Fuchsia magellanica hybrids and cultivars) is offered here as a young plant — sold bare-root from November to March and as a potted plant the rest of the year. A deciduous shrub in the Onagraceae family valued for its graceful, drooping pink blossoms from summer into autumn, it typically grows 1 to 2 m tall, with arching stems and delicate foliage, and is highly attractive to bees and other pollinators. Some varieties go on to produce small, edible berries. Its long season of soft colour and relaxed habit make it a versatile garden shrub. A pretty, pollinator-friendly choice for Irish and UK borders, hedging, and containers wanting late-season interest.

Growing Instructions
Grow in partial shade to full sun in moist, well-drained soil rich in organic matter. In colder areas, mulch around the base in winter to protect the roots from hard frost. Prune back in early spring to encourage new growth and prolific flowering through summer and autumn. Water well during dry spells, particularly in containers. Excellent for borders, hedging, containers, and pollinator-friendly gardens.
