Growing instructions
Damson trees prefer full sun and moist, well-drained soils but are tolerant of a range of conditions, including heavy clay and colder climates.
They are self-fertile, easy to grow, and fairly low-maintenance, making them ideal for beginner gardeners. While not invasive, fallen fruit can self-seed or attract wildlife. Prune in late summer if needed to maintain shape and airflow. An ideal choice for edible gardens, orchards, or food forests.
