Perennial Cauliflower 9-Star
€9.95
Nine Star Perennial Cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis) is a rare and hardy perennial vegetable in the brassica family. Unlike typical cauliflower, it produces multiple small, creamy-white heads each spring rather than one large central curd. It grows up to 90 cm tall and wide, forming a bushy clump of lush green leaves and reliable annual yields for several years.

Growing Instructions
Nine Star Cauliflower grows best in full sun and fertile, well-drained soil with regular moisture.
To maintain perennial growth, harvest the heads before they flower and avoid cutting the main crown. Remove dead leaves in winter and mulch to protect roots from frost. Though not indefinitely perennial, it can produce for 3–5 years with care. An excellent, low-maintenance choice for edible gardens seeking resilient, repeat harvests.
