Perpetual Spinach
€6.95
Perpetual Spinach (Beta vulgaris subsp. vulgaris), also known as leaf beet or spinach beet, is a leafy green in the Amaranthaceae family. Despite the name, it’s actually a type of chard rather than true spinach. It grows up to 60 cm tall and produces a steady supply of tender, spinach-like leaves over a long season, often well into winter in milder climates.

Growing Instructions
Perpetual Spinach thrives in full sun to partial shade and prefers rich, moist, well-drained soil.
It’s very easy to grow and will keep producing if regularly harvested from the outer leaves. Bolt-resistant and hardy, it can be grown as an annual or short-lived perennial depending on climate. A brilliant addition to vegetable beds, polycultures, or container gardens for year-round greens.
