€9.95
Lovage (Levisticum officinale) is a tall, perennial herb in the Apiaceae (carrot) family, prized for its bold, celery-like flavour and vigorous growth. It can reach up to 2 metres tall and produces large, deeply divided leaves and umbrella-like clusters of yellow flowers in summer. All parts of the plant—leaves, stems, seeds, and roots—are edible and have traditional culinary and medicinal uses.

Growing Instructions
Lovage thrives in full sun to partial shade and rich, moist, well-drained soil. It prefers a permanent spot where it has room to grow tall and wide.
Cut back flowering stems to encourage more leaf growth, and divide clumps every few years to maintain vigour. It self-seeds mildly but is not invasive. A robust and flavourful addition to perennial vegetable beds, herb gardens, or food forests.
