Growing Instructions
French Sorrel prefers full sun to partial shade and grows best in moist, well-drained soil rich in organic matter.
It’s a hardy, low-maintenance plant that can be cut back regularly to encourage new growth. It may self-seed lightly, but is not aggressive. French Sorrel is a reliable perennial green for cool climates and an excellent addition to perennial vegetable beds or food forests.
