Growing Instructions
Vanessa Grape prefers full sun and fertile, well-drained soil with good air circulation. A south-facing wall or trellis is ideal for warmth and support. Plant it somewhere it can climb.
Prune annually in winter to encourage fruiting and manage size. While relatively disease-resistant and cold-tolerant, protection from late frosts can improve yields. A rewarding vine for edible landscapes, arbors, or training along fences in temperate gardens.
