Blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum, or other Vaccinium species) is a deciduous, fruit-bearing shrub in the Ericaceae family, known for its sweet, antioxidant-rich berries and attractive foliage. Depending on the variety, it typically grows 1–2 metres tall and produces clusters of white to pink flowers in spring, followed by blue-purple berries in summer. Some varieties also offer striking red autumn leaves.

Growing instructions
Blueberries prefer full sun and acidic, well-drained soil high in organic matter (pH 4.5–5.5 is ideal).
They benefit from mulching with pine needles or bark and regular watering, especially during fruiting. Planting more than one variety can improve pollination and yield. Excellent for containers, forest gardens, and edible landscaping.
